Waterfowl hunting “although not north Dakota by any means” is not bad with little pressure on the resources. We have exclusive 9000’ feet of the best waterfowl hunting shoreline on the lake! Guided or non guided your waterfowl hunting experience will be easy and relaxed.
Fall fishing on the Rainy River needs no build up, it is great fishing! The shiner minnow run mark the migration of the walleye up the river to their spawning grounds. When this occurs the fishing can be phenomenal! The big females are here and not always easy to catch but limits are more common then not. When is the best time to fish the river? When you can!
The colder later fall are often the best because the fish are on the move and limits seem to come quicker. The river is fished year round with good success. Fall is the best and mix it up with hunting and relaxing with us and we will see to it you have a great time.

Ask about our “Northern Adventure Package”. This can be added to any package with advance notice. Due to all the variables we will custom build this trip to suite your needs. The “Northern Adventure Package” is a great trip for people looking for just a little more fishing and something different.
Rates are based on 6 people add $50 per day for each person under 6 for each day of fishing. We will try to fill the boat up to 6 people if possible. You can book a no fill trip for the same price.
Walleye Fishing Packages: Lodging in housekeeping cabins, fishing 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with Coast Guard licensed guide, angling equipment, bait, tackle, on-board restrooms, fish processing.
Package Prices: All packages are based on per person rate. The maximum number of people allowed on our guided charter boats is six, plus one guide. A group with less than six can expect additional people on the boat, or request a "no fill" and pay $50 per empty slot reserve the charter for your private party.
American Plan Meals: Each evening we present fine dinners that include soup, salad and dessert. Breakfast is offered every morning prior to fishing and on your morning departure. A hearty cold lunch or fresh walleye shore lunch is also scheduled.
